Summer is the perfect time to hang out with friends and unwind after the school year. It’s also an opportunity to learn new skills without the pressure of schoolwork.  A study has shown that,” Teens spend an average of seven hours and 22 minutes on their phone a day.” Many of us have a lot of time on our hands but don’t use it to our advantage. Instead of using the time we have to be on our phones we can be doing things like playing sports, picking up a creative hobby, joining clubs or even developing life skills for our future. I think that being able to do extracurricular activities during the summer would be very beneficial for teens especially because many of us have lots of time on our hands in the summer. My goal for this website is to provide resources for teens to find things to do over the summer after facing my own challenges on finding things to do and be more productive over the Summer.
