Testimonials
“Being a part of this group was honestly one of the best decisions I could’ve made. I heard about this program through a friend who was attending, and I thought I’d check it out. This group has really helped with ways to keep up with my mental health. It’s shown me how important it is to take care of ourselves. This program has also helped me with learning about women’s rights and how to advocate for them. I try to use what I’ve learned to educate others and help them understand that women are the future.”
- Kaitlyn Estrada (Perth Amboy HS Class of 2020)
"In my Entre Mujeres family learning about each other and others like us was not just fun but empowering, because now I understand that our struggles are the same and that we all thrive to change the world one day. Ultimately, Entre Mujeres is more than just a girl group, as for me Entre Mujeres is my second family. Although I’m leaving to start my college days, this program still remains my safe space in which I hope to continue learning more about myself when I come and visit, but also a space in which other girls will explore and grow as much as I and my peers did."
